She had an example itinerary drawn up before the trip which helped me understand what to expect and how to pack. She followed up with questions to tweak the itinerary based on activities that I was interested in. She handled the hotel reservation issue very well even with spotty communication from the hotel. She was able to get them to provide the breakfast buffet for the remainder of the trip for the inconvenience, which was a nice bonus!
