This is the first step of your Comprehensive Holistic Health Assessment. During this 60–90 minute session, we'll discuss your health history, current concerns, symptoms, nutrition, sleep, stress, lifestyle and wellness goals. In-person assessments may also include Muscle Response Testing (MRT) and observations of the eyes, tongue and nails.

After your appointment, I will review and evaluate the information gathered and prepare your personalized findings and wellness recommendations for your separate Findings & Recommendations Session.
