No. MRT is one tool that may be used during an in-person assessment, but it is not required. Your assessment is personalized based on your needs and whether we meet in person or virtually. Virtual assessments rely more heavily on your health history, symptoms, lifestyle information, conversation, and visual observations.

Yes. After gathering and reviewing your information, I will develop a personalized holistic wellness plan based on my findings. Your recommendations may address areas such as nutrition, stress, sleep, movement, lifestyle habits, herbs, supplements, and other natural wellness strategies when appropriate. We’ll review your findings and recommendations together during your private follow-up session.

Yes. If you decide you’d like continued support after your assessment, your full $495 assessment fee can be applied toward a 3-, 6-, or 12-month Soul Flo Holistic wellness program when you enroll within 30 days of your findings session.

Yes. Virtual assessments and consultations are available for clients who cannot meet in person. Your virtual assessment follows the same personalized process, with adjustments for components that require an in-person visit, such as MRT.
